Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones. Born September 3, 1976, Ashley Aubra Jones has been an American actor for more than 20 years. Her most well-known roles include soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) and Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). Also, she played the regular role as Daphne in the second season of the HBO drama True Blood. Ashley Jones has a Bachelor of Human Learning from University of Tennessee at Martin. She graduated with this diploma in the year 1997. Her first job was as an educator within Maury County where she taught students in Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. Following her wedding to her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she relocated to Thompsons Station. At Bethesda Elementary she started teaching the 4th grade. In 1999 and 2000 she continued on to teach while getting her Masters of Instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped out of the classroom after they welcomed their oldest son Baylor to the family in the year 2000. Ashley is focusing her energies for the past 15 years on the well-being of children in her congregation and community. Ashley is the leader of the Preschool Ministry for Thompson Station Church in various positions for over 13 years. When Ashley was at home with her kids, they went through three years homeschooling. While they were homeschooling the kids attended a home school class which Ashley was also a teacher of History in Kindergarten and 1st grade. She loved staying at home with her kids and loved teaching them. But, God made it clear that it was time for their family to return fully-time. Brent and Ashley are parents to five kids. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz Cruz, both GCA students. Baylor is a GCA graduate plays baseball for the University of Tennessee Martin. Callan, another GCA graduate, attends Western Kentucky University. It is a family of busy people who love to fish, hunt and cheer each other on during their most loved games.
